Service Description

At the end of the tenancy we will use the original inventory to cross reference the condition of the property, fixtures and fittings at the end of tenancy compared to the beginning. A full check out document will be provided with a list of condition and recommendations as to who the responsibility lies with to make good or whether it may be fair wear and tear.
